Goldy. I talked with a Plumber from NVEI board and he said he could guess all day long what it might be. He suggests getting your contractor back as this more than likely is one of those ones where you need to be standing there.

Maybe someone else has some more ideas today but in my book if you didn't have the noise before this work was done than the responsibility belongs to the contractor.
