here is a rough discribtion of my conversation with the kauderer group today.......


I just hung up with one of the Investment Analyst at The Kauderer Group and from our very lengthy conversation, this is what Mr. Singleterry told me.

How Spooz came to sam kauderer's attention . BUt 1st a little history. Sam is the patriarch of the familly, originally from the province of Rumania when it was owned by Austria. Sam Kauderer assisted his family in the original Kauderer growth before World War II.

The Gruppe began with Sam's Grandfather over 150 years ago with the largest Transportation service in Austria. The gruppe was an early investor in the automotive industry.
By WWII the family was worth hundreds of millions . During the war , the family lost everything to the nazis, beeing jewish they were send to concentration camps.

They survived WW2 and the Kauderers migrated to Israel and America to start over.

Sam Kauderer is a self made millionaire who started Kings International Trade. He took over The newly started Kauderer group from a troubled son ,who they dont talk about.

. Eli, another son and his wife took over from sam some years back and the co. grew

. Eli left and moved into Institutional Real estate ,his real passion.

.Danielle Kauderer took over. She befriended errol stone( something to do with their children in similar schools) some years back . Through this frienship, Sam Kauderer and Errol Stone became friends.

.The firm has been with SPOOZ ever since.

.Sam and the whole familly are sold on spooz and 141 capital. They have big connections to international $$$$$$ . For example, Eli's uncle was the president of the Bank of Milan and their family is very big in finance in Italy and Zurich and have 100s of million of spooz shares

- they are paying for 141 capitals listing and supplying $ to the co. here and in Germany.
-they believeve this should be and probably will be an AMEX company
-they believe that Errol and Paul will make this into a billion dollar company,
- hedge fund was mentioned in the conversation as well
