I think you are funny and definitely not understand these pinkie plays. All pinkie plays are touts and scams like this. You fell for their tout, made a mistake, and lost your investment. Thinking of bringing suits, fine and disgorge these pinkies is naive. These have been happening all the time and they get away of it. You didn't listen when ppl warned you about this scam at the beginning and insisted on wait it out lol. That's too bad.

Oh, btw.. the fact that they are in Canada made it even tougher for you to bring any legal action. Trust me, happen all the time in pinkie land, victims always cry "suits" and this and that, but in the end, they are always helpess, just bequiet and disappear. lol
