Because Garr is the CEO! To me it looks like the deal is done BY THE CEO! PERIOD! Now the logistic go in like the IR and IT people etc.. Also you thought wrong! My DD shows Irwin does retail IR work (and he is quite good at what I can tell) While Ellis does commercial IR work like 504s 505s etc..
