I think it is very easy to determine if one is a christian. One thing is they are able to talk about their faith easily, know their scriptures, are at ease expressing their relationship with the Lord. And their life shows their walk with the Lord.

One who has not quite reached that plane will say their belief is personal and can not express themselves. I think it is very easy to tell the difference.
