CIHS was an empty shell before the symbol change a few weeks ago, formerly Dark Dynamite, Inc (DKDY). until 10-07. They change the name and filled the shell with some popular Chinese food through a reverse merger, so it started to run, every stock has China word content runs.

This stock didn't have much float before the run. However, not sure how many shares they issued since then, you need to be careful. The AS was 2.23 billion shares, even after the 1/4 reverse split, they still have plenty of room to issue more shares.


The last filing below, it didn't say much about the Chinese counterpart such as revenue/profit etc:

I think I should use one of these empty shells to make my Chinese website/company public.
