I think it's a waste of time and leads to bitterness... and division among friends and family.

That can happen if people are disrespectful of each other's views. But, hey, in my family there are Raiders fans and 49ers fans and we manage to remain on good terms :)

Not sure what you meant by your P.S. What's going in our country is everyone's business.
