Not since that Fortran IV class. I didn't know what talent I may have had or where it lay, but I was convinced that programming was not my forte. Besides the next year, 1974, the Fortran IV class was replaced by Fortran V. My first brush with an "upgrade". My real-life programming needs were met by becoming reasonably proficient at knocking out Lotus spreadsheet app's at work. I just got my first computer since a 3-mo. affair with the first iMac 4 yrs ago which I gave to my daughter for her 3 teenagers. Up until then I had a 1984 Fat Mac upgraded to a Plus. dWeEbTV has been my toy since it came out in 1996 until a Compaq Presario Xmas present last month. Now I will have to leave the dinosaur age behind and see if I can find my way into the 21st century.
