Thanks for that. I only figured there was a possibility that the other locations might be more closer to opening than just with lease agreements since, if i remember correctly, I had read they were going to have at least a couple more locations open by the end of 2007. And also they have been advertising lately that they are hiring for their new locations.

Seems to me that if everything is at a standstill (as far as opening a location) and construction has yet to start until this stock deal is done...it will set them back quite a few months.
