If there is no proxy issued in the near term, specifically prior to the shareholder meeting scheduled for Nov 9th, why would I, or anyone else for that matter allocate the monies to fly to VT when we have no better informaion regarding our investment or what we are to discuss...if it's not to vote on the buyout. I'm pretty sure the trip in itself could be written off come tax filing season, but I'm not sure how I (we) would benefit from the trip.....especially if the owners of AURUS Corp are not in attendance.
