Look at the following two descriptions.

The Russian missile has been described as zigzag and the U.S. is described as wobbly.

This could very easily be the same type missile.

Some analysts said the new weapons may be warheads that zigzag on their way to a target, an idea that dates to the Soviet era. Putin did not say exactly what they were. http://www.nj.com/news/ledger/index.ssf?/base/news-13/1077174841176050.xml
“The flying vehicle changed both the altitude and direction of its flight,” Gen. Baluyevsky said. “During the experiment conducted yesterday, we proved that it's possible to develop weapons that would make any missile defence useless.”

U.S. President George Bush is rushing to install 10 wobbly interceptor rockets in California and Alaska this year, to "shoot down" any missiles North Korea might be crazy enough to launch. But this "Star Wars lite" scheme is more fantasy than fact, as eminent Canadians like Nobel laureate John Polanyi have pointed out.
