An OEM deal is highly unlikely for a number of reasons, to nname a couple:

1) The OEM's must meet certain mandated noise standards. To meet these standards normally is a direct function of exhaust back pressure, therefore, most of the so-called 'gains' would be negated.
2) Cost. The OEM's will kill for a penny and this company would be hard pressed to even get into the same ballpark, let alone close, to the cost structure of the current OEM suppliers.
