the tipoff here was in the increased issued and float. there hasn't been enough volume to absorb all those shares.
pr's and acquisitions cost money. shares are money. this is all about dilution.
anybody keeping a weekly tab through the transfer agent? i believe this has an authorized OS of 500K.
and.....
when was the last time anybody called a company and the CEO, IR, etc, gave out bad news or stated that the pps was properly valued?
it's always: good news coming, stooock is undervalued, and no one can understand why the pps is so low.
