Bigrgub, the 504's remains a "real" matter. The company's new legal counsel has in fact been working it, they are determining the amount of shares illegally sold, they will be pursuing action, but they will not PR it until all the information is concrete and plan of action defined........

Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
