To add further clarification to my earlier post, I just spoke with David. He has provided the following inputs:

With regards to Anita Cox, she was IN FACT never a direct employee of the company, but with the magnitude of projects she was involved in, her work with NSHV did consume a considerable amount of her time. However, she was an independent contractor, and still is. Her relationship with the company remains amiable, and IN FACT, has presented several ideas to the company for future projects just this past week.........

The company's new website is nearing completion and is in the "fine tuning" stages.........be looking for it as early as this weekend.........

The company is planning to issue a news release this week, to provide additional inputs on company activities.......

Seems to me as if things are moving forward, the talented Anita Cox is still engaging with the company when it suits their mutual benefit, and the company is getting ready to tell us some good stuff - something we have been waiting for.
