ETF SWING & DAY TRADING

Hi jonr,
Thanks for sharing your info. I am trying to find some idea's that allow me to feel a little less subjective about the trading. Or perhaps trying to find a way that looks to my eye like taking the risk.
I have started playing with a list.
What I have ?( for it can change day to day as of now) to see to trade NERS and feel in the moment like pulling the trigger.

1. Vol. that was listed on gloes note adjusted for IWM , still working on that, but getting better.
2.The energy should be coming from OB to OS or viz vers, 3/8 cross on CCI144 @ 150 100 50 0 etc. I am also looking at the CCI6 "0", as possible trigger.
4.S/R's from the daily,60,30,15 and 5 min. charts. Have also been using the 34ema as well.
5.Divers' are becoming more important to me to put on a confident trade and also allow me to think about exiting. Like the Diver @ late afternoon trade 1:40pm leading to the 2:20 ish short.
6.I am learning to try to find a level of profit that I can take(.30) and then leave the rest on for etc.
7.P&F chart for a little insite into horizontal S/R.
8.Also my hours are like the ones you mentioned in the morning and in the afternoon I sit from 1:45 to 4pm, at night a little homework.
