Khal....this is identical to one of the several fraudulent approaches re MSRM shares that I have had in the last 12months.(one even used/had access to the SEC registration number for a bona-fide, retired investment adviser.)This was checked for me by Jim Daly of the SEC who I found very helpful in these matters. However, I'm afraid if money has been paid.... Apparantly, entities using this approach and others do not necessarily reside in the US but just use it as an 'acceptable/believable cover for their operation. If it looks too good to be true it will most likely not be. Sorry this is not good news. Please do speak to Jim.
