Make sure you ask them about production

and why production is at its lowest point for all year. August production was 25MCF for the month.

Ask what the depletion rates are for the field and what will be done to maintain production (workovers, new drilling or???). Since the rate of production is declining substantially at our PowderRiver consolidated field (Goliad/Wesatche).

I'll be really curious to hear what our current production is today. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO ANSWER THAT. July production was ~30MCF, and August was ~25MCF, so you can see the decline rate is pretty steep. So, about 5MCF/month, this field won't be producing very much within 1 year's time. So, what are they going to do? It is starting to look like this company will only be a 1 field at a time driller and operator. So, basically just tinkering along.

Production better be up today compared to the August report, since we supposedly have been busy connecting wells, right?

AND DEFINITELY ASK HIM ABOUT HIS HUGE SALARY and outrageous BONUS, justify it, since I do not see any reason for it since production is spirally down, isn't it?

We only have so much Working Interest left? Production is where it counts.

Others thoughts?
