i JUST this second got off the phone with spencer grimes over at merriman. i asked him point blank if he was allowed to disclose to me if the closing price was set for the offering. he asked me if i had spoken to anyone over at uwink. i told him i had spoke to nancy nino and that she had referred me to him. from what i got out of it, he is allowed to tell me the price, but he is calling nancy right now to confirm as i type. i should know in about 15 minutes. i have to leave computer real soon. if i get any info, i will gladly pass it on. all i know is that if i can buy uwki for same price that institutions will pay ( which he started to indicate) then i am on it like white on rice.
