He said he ordered the papers which is what you have to do as they were not filed electronically, so they will send him a copy and he said he will scan them so he should have them my guess will be a week or two. Again the authorized is the key if it goes up then we have dilution if it stays where it is 180M with only 24M in the float if that starts to go then we no the story. I think we are ok to this point, what we really need is news on their previously stated acquisitions. JMO FWIW
