I'm not going to spoon feed you the information that is readily available, I've posted the link from the SEC website many times. You should also try to educate yourself on what exactly a REGDEX filing is, which will explain why you won't see the shares in the O/S until after they are already sold.
You should work to preserve your own capital, it's not up to me to help you make your own decisions. Put forth some effort and search for the filings, that way you will remember how to conduct DD on your own in the future.
