Who or what should then be involved? That is if the FTC should not be. From an investor standpoint it is harder trying to understand who is right and wrong here than trying to understand where the share price might be headed. Amazing the European Courts Courts rule against and then the positive spin on this recent ruling with the future picture still cloudy as ever. What is an investor to do?
