Yes, of course the split news has been know for some time, but it actually takes effect tomorrow. Perhaps this isn't true, but anecdotally, stocks get a pop when the split is announced and then they mark time until it actually takes effect. I think that the marking time may have to do with some people arbitraging the small spreads between the when issued and the actual stock.

Whatever. I hope you're right in thinking that it will mark the bottom. I bought some more at higher levels than here, and have plenty of the stock for now, don't want more, I want it to go up.
