It unimaginable that Russell being in dire needs ,as he has so indicated, that he would involve himself in yet a 3rd company?. Where is the deductive reasoning behind this, and how in the world was Russell suppose to benefit from this?.........Any money raised from either entity could not be used one for the other. The mining claims belong to Aumn. This company would have to undergo the same things as Russell, and he hasn't done to well with this one, except for the cash he has gotten for himself.

Makes one wonder just how big a gambler he is?
