OK, back to GMFX..now, Q: Why did the pps drop so fast without any significant volume...????? A: Everybody is waiting for the second R/S. Some thought there was a short squeezw play here , but it had already been played out, thanks to JF(who may or may not participated in it), only the SEC will tell us ...

So how to play this stock? Just sit back and watch the pps crumble...wait for the company to buy back all the O/S for .00001 on the dollar, put them in the treasury, and cancel them...then the Series B kicks in...and all the original investors are effectively "screwed"..

So, then the company starts over with the Series B being the "new" stock.....
