Has anyone reported PMCL company officers to the SEC yet?
I think it's time. They put out those PRs in 2007 and have not delivered.
I'll try to put an email together this weekend. Might as well put some pressure on PMCL management to address their honeesty of their PRs.
I shoot first and ask for permission later.
It's time for someone in the SEC to start working on this case.
I think we are fortunate that OSC has stepped up to the plate and will prosecute the transfer agent if they are guilty of selling shares without company permission. If the company is complicit in the crime by releasing false PRs to pump up the share price while new shares were being sold to the public, they need to be disgorged of any money they made also.
