That's a great question Songbirdia, and it's hard to quantify because the observations of an individual vary from the obvious to the subtle.

But the longer you spend with someone, the degree in which you can analyze them increases exponentially. So much for the clinical evaluation.

I found Darryl Dennis to be a guy from Missiouri, a very down to earth guy, with family in Texas, and he was just downright personable. He didn't dodge any of my questions, and there were many questions I had, which he was happy to oblige me with. He likes to fish, but being in Chicago he has had to prospone his activities in that regard.

Errol Stone is an intellectual type, and he, like Darryl has been around the block a few times, I only wish I had a recording device to capture some of the wisdom of his experiences. He's quite focused, and I can tell he has a grip on his particular subject matter.

Paul is a really interesting guy. You know when you go to an event and there is a charismatic person who stands out? That's Paul. He has the personality and sincerity one would expect of a CEO. Which is why I suspect he tackled this subject. He told me more personal things which I won't share which only made me feel like he was a really nice guy. I wish I could, but it wouldn't be right.

I went there with the mission of standing by the sidelines just observing, which is why I didn't announce to the board that I was going in advance. But they were so kind, and willing to answer all of my questions that I spent the better part of 10 hours talking to all of them, sometimes individually and sometimes together.

I just got a very electric and good feeling from all of them. You know, If there was any weirdness going on, I would have detected it a mile away, but these experiences were devoid of that feeling.

Now I'm not just blowing smoke, and if any of the readers don't already know that I work in one of the largest Federal Prisons in the country, they should understand where my instincts come from. Because its not just my money on the line every day, but my life.

I hope that answers your question.
