The newsletter not covering INKS is interesting... as fervently as they covered INKS before, I was always suspicious that it was one of those "paid coverage" situations. If so and the payments stopped, hence the explanation for no more coverage.

OTOH, if coverage was strictly voluntary, it would quite interesting to know what the last entry said when they dropped coverage.
