I don't think Scottrade is even allowing people to move shares to other broker accounts. I can sell my shares with Scottrade. I just can't buy new shares.

People have posted here saying you can buy shares with Fidelity and Bank of America. I'm not familiar with Southwest Seuruites.

I'll just hold my shares in Scottrade. No hurry. Bring the share price up to $1 and I'll consider selling. I might keep this one for the long term. 5 year plan. I use Bank of America as my primary bank. I might open a broker account with them in the future.
