Major, I do not see any Edgar filings for NCFC at all, nor do I see an S-4 or anything that could warrant a pop out of this. Could you maybe expand on why you think this may pop. No new filings that I have found (yet), share structure the same, no updates to pinksheets, no varifiable business it would seem. I'm DD'ing, but not finding anything other then maybe this is fully diluted, and if that's the case then it could easily pop on any news, because the company cannot sell into it.
Am I getting close?

Just trying to pick your brain, and learn a little. Also trying to get some good links that may help me in the future.
