My heart goes out to all those people out there.
I've laughed my WHOLD life at those wacky SOUTHERN
Califonians...for all of their crowding and
such, spoiled as I was as a kid to be able to
grow up in the expansive open spaces of NORHTERN Cal....
(Every year that passes without my standing among the...
giants...is like agony...to share their salt air again
is but a fading dream to me now....but I digress...)
STILL...
Living on the Gulf Coast, I can honestly say that
I can...feel their pain.
I've always taken solis in knowing that I was an
American, and in so being, I had loads of good
hearted people behind me...in the face of whatever
obsticals....we perservere.
The L.A. basin will be as it has always been....

"Bigger and Better"...I've always thought it should
be..."Higher and DRIER" but then, what do I know...
