If you saw INTC's annoucements on it's own better memory interface yesterday, it may not matter whether RMBS wins or loses in the courts. It's technology may be obsolete before it ever gets off the drawing board. RMBS could be done in by better, faster, cheaper. I've seen it happen before. Some new innovation thrown on the junk pile before it ever made it to market. Does RMBS have anything else up their sleeves, or do they just fade into the sunset?
