I dont think most people who are serious think this is a scam. The only thing that is obvious is they bet a lot on nascar! The jury is still out if thats going to pay off. Based on just pure sales numbers that year I would say the answer is no but they may have made some killer contacts running that car that are about to pay off IMO.
