I am not sure, we may have two "forces in balance" keeping the bu$$ in the $25/$30 range for a little while here, the European patent and the FTC, the FTC decision i not a victory on the way to get royalties, it is just a victory as far as nuissance is considered, the FTC should not be making IP rulings, only antitrust and fair trade rulings.
