I have thought of that for a while also. It is not illegal to say what feels. He is NOT technically an insider but only an investor in the Company. Just like all of us. Of course he is in a much better position then we are in that he got a sweet deal and with dropping the convert price even Better lol. I share because I have nothing to hide! I post GOOD and BAD info. That way ANY POSTER i.e. stockholder can make up their OWN mind. I still say in time we will be OK. Alot more time needed though I think.
