Most of the Subways of the world are given huge sums of shares not to protray a stock honestly but to hype the H... out of it. It is no accident that each is rewarded for glowing reports. A few honest ones would stop the hype business from going their way.

I left MASG while my shares were worth something.

My experience with penny stocks has not been good for the reasons mentioned above. Most of them sell something here and there but never offset the cost of sales and hefty salaries and compensation for company officers and other close associates. Can't get ahead if your revenue is outpaced substantially by expenditures, and mind you I am not even sure that most of these companies are not in the throes of death spiral financing.
