TMTA deal with Intel CAN happen here... it WILL happen if we either win in Texas OR settle favorably with the defendents. We still have the hurdle of the USPTO of course, but investors will jump in before that IMO. If fact, I plan on adding if we dip back into the sub $.40 range. These prices are ridiculously low, unless we lose of course.
