Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (NM)

Maybe I'm being overly simplistic here, . . . scratch that, I AM being overly simplistc, but maybe one of you far more learned folks can school me here. Why does NM have such a low PPS as opposed to DRYS (and others mentioned)? I looked back at June 16, 2006, and DRYS was at $9.18 while NM was at $4.00. NM's 52 week high is $17 while DRYS' is $130.48. Is it dilution? Market capitalization? Or is NM just being treated as the red-headed step-child of this sector?
