The mm Nite who has been accumulating can try and hold it back even if the company is not diluting because there is not a lot of bid support for the cheaper shares...The mm's are in business to make money on turns in volume and don't care if they are flipping a 20% spread at .0025 or at .25...They just make the money on the percentage of the turned volume...

If the share structure is still at 101 million shares outstanding and about 57 million shares in the public float then the traders would have to be pretty bad to lose at these levels...

Call the T/a early in the morning and if the share structure didn't change then start believing that the mm's are making money the easy way, Imo...LJ
