Exactly...this is not a penny POS garbage stock. This is a FULLY-REPORTING NASDAQ OTCBB COMPANY. That means FULL DISCLOSURE from the company. You can read through the older filings and see how forthright they are with their own assessment of the company. They have never tried to lie about the condition of their company.

"BUY when no one wants it, SELL when everyone does." That was the best advice that I was ever given from a guy who had a seat on the NYSE. Keeping with his idea, right now, I would say that no "outsiders" really "WANT" USBL. Why? Because they are still clueless as to what is going on behind the scenes with this company. The only people that are BUYING USBL right now, are those that know that EVERYONE ELSE is going to "WANT" it in the near future. That is how rich people are made on the stock market. Now, you may ask, How does "smart money" know that people are going to "WANT" this stock? Well, because "smart money" has taken the time to call and speak with the C.E.O., they have done their DD, and as a result, liked what they found and know that everyone is going to feel the same way when they figure out what is going on with the company. :)

Yeah, I suppose that you can still show up late to the party and make money after they release blockbuster news. But then you'll most likely wind up chasing it a little bit...and then flipping out for chump change.

But who stands to make the REAL money here? Those buying when no one wants it.

I would please ask everyone to take 5 minutes out of your day and call the company 203-877-9508. Speak with the C.E.O., and you will see why I am so confident. Although we may not look our greatest right now, when you learn of what's to come...all worries will be put to rest I assure you :D

So for the time being...although there are not many buyers today. THERE ARE ALSO NO SELLERS. THE REASON? SMART MONEY IS HOLDING FOR WHAT THEY KNOW IS COMING.
