LOL. I never said it was a scam and I said I would buy after a closing. Not looking for a flip, I'm looking for investment in this hot Oil & Gas sector with record high oil prices. I have said I won't buy for a flip because that creates even more bagholders. I'd gladly buy in the 001-2 area for an investment that could go to pennies and if I sold there, those buying would be getting an asset, not just the result of a pump job.
