npct basically says they have a product which will revolutionize the entire world. They can supposedly make better smaller micro chip connectors that are faster, easier, cheaper, can slice bread... They have told the world this in numerous press releases since 1998 yet no one seems to buy it. They tried to get regular loans to fund their operations but couldn't. They were almost bankrupt when they decided to take some more toxic funding from TK.
The CEO is Paul Metzinger who's never had a successful company. They all seem to follow the same pattern. He's been in oil fields, mineral mines, cellular technology and now nanotechnology. He always has a remarkable oil find, new technology which will revolutionize the industry, make everyone tons of money, yet he always goes bankrupt, even personally. He's been sued for fraud a bunch of times, by the SEC three times. SEC even forced him to restate books of his bankrupt company Intercell. All he ever does is print shares, hire tons of stock promoters, toxic funding, sell shares, spend the money, print more shares, more toxic funding ... Then he goes bankrupt when people don't buy his bull anymore and he starts another company in a completely different industry. Oh yeah, he's also a securities attorney or at least he was.
