True. I agree.

If someone like willy is promoting a stock because he has a ton of shares in it, he should and does disclaim it.

Should, but doesn't have to. I have verified this with a lawyer. You do not have to disclaim that you own a stock if you are posting about it or have a website about it - unless you are purposely manipulating and daytrading the stock (like coldstocks was).

TokyoJoe has to disclaim that he is promoting on his own account.

No he doesn't. He was fined for taking promotion fees from companies and not disclaiming it.

I even disclaimed that I have no shares and am not being compensated in any way shape or form.

I believe that, but I think your bashing NPCT to bring attention to yourself into order to get a basher contract.

I did this because I'm honest.

And you wrote that to improve your image. People who pay bashers want people who the public trust. Janice shell was caught red handed as she was paid for her work, and you will one day too.
