As far as appearance, I think it is brilliant. However, I have not been able to see the inner workings. but, given that they have been building these for 10 years one would have to think that the bugs are worked out. I wish I could take a look at their RMA's (returns) and warranty as well as service call issues. As an investor standpoint what I am looking for is this thing to blow through the ceiling. If there are warranty and service issues they will come within a year after this blows sky high so, we will have ample warning to retreat if necessary.
