I am very encouraged about the news that Frank reduced his position. That allows investors to look at GBRC in a different view. Say he holds 87% of the company who is going to invest in it? Reducing his stake may improve the PPS and therefore benefit him indirectly. Also in order to move to amex the insider stake can't be 90% (I believe).

Anyway, they need to get this conversion done otherwise there is no way for them to move to the AMEX.
