Will courting the Chinese be the answer to NSOL's funding?? I'll bet these guys 'outside the fray' will be more open and willing to venture into projects that are proven, yet not CURRENTLY in mass use (in the US).. so Bear Stearns gets a 'shot in the arm'..
and the Chinese once again, are gaining leverage in our lifestyles, money, and ability to move our markets.. Kind of scary, but undeniable.
