My point is that they have the basics to succeed as a public company just not the acumen!
they have several products, going to the right trade shows, got the right reseller partnerships, in some cases, got the shelf space!!

What they LACK is common sense to attract prospective investors who can bring the pps (and in turn the company value) to its realistic levels (at least $0.02 IMO) and either THIS current Mgmt doesnt care or they have no clue on how to do that!
