Company Overview

Enternet Inc. has entered into an agreement with iCyberData Inc. to purchase the iCyber software and technology, a copyrighted and beta tested Internet Software Suite of Products. This unique new software technology utilizes advanced programming and communications technologies to create customized software solutions for complex integrated needs to business, governmental and judicial systems. With the completion of a multi-county beta testing of its court manager systems in Florida, iCyberData is now well on its way to become the industry standard in law court case management systems, and legal application software. The success of the beta testing also permits rapid expansion of iCyberData’s related product lines in similar vertical markets.

The iCyberData Suite is the only product line of Internet and Intranet based case management systems on the market today that share related information between the following nine case management systems:

Market Opportunity (USA Courts Only)

iCyberData Court Suite is the only product available today that can address the requirements to efficiently operate the specialty courts. This is primarily due to the product’s capabilities of allowing secure database access to all the authorized users via the Internet. For this reason, iCyberData’s suite of court products has an advantage over other case management systems giving iCyberData the inside track on these lucrative markets. Leveraging information from our existing installation in Hillsborough County, Florida, and utilizing a fair pricing model, we estimate the market for drug court alone is $30 million annually. iCyberData conservatively estimates the potential for the other Specialty Courts to be three times those of Drug Court. This translates to total sales revenues of $120 million (including Drug Court). Ongoing support for these courts would be capable of generating an additional annual income of $40 million.


Management & Technical Team

iCyberData is led by Mr. Tony Hines, an experienced entrepreneur who has developed and marketed several innovative technologies into successful operating companies and who was awarded a Sports Emmy for his engineering work on the Centennial Olympic Games. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Hines has worked as a systems engineer for CBS sports and managing engineer with WCO Production Engineering where he designed broadcast production systems. Prior to becoming president of iCyberdata, Mr. Hines co-founded Western Solid State, which developed several innovative and successful products and provided consulting services to numerous companies including Freightliner, NBC, VSM Medtech, Swagelok, Cutis Wright and Omron. Mr. Hines is supported by a management team consisting of a mix of high-level software technologists, engineers and experienced managers.

Mr. William Finnegan is iCyberData’s Senior Programmer. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Computer Science, Mr. Finnegan is an experienced programmer in various fields and has worked as a software engineer since 1992.

Mr. John Chase has accepted an invitation to sit on the Advisory Board. Mr. Chase is a seasoned architect of computer software systems with 20 years of software development experience. Over his career, Mr. Chase has been instrumental in the design, development and implementation of many large-scale software solutions and is known throughout the industry for his knowledge of design methodologies and multi-tiered software design.
Also accepting an invitation to join the Advisory Board is Mr. Craig Francis. Mr. Francis has over 25 years of senior management experience in software technology development, costing, operations, marketing and sales and earned a reputation for developing and delivering complex software solutions. For twenty years, Mr. Francis was the Software Department Manager with Litton Guidance and Control Systems, handling large-scale software applications for the Department of Defense, Commercial Inertial navigation, mission computers and display systems applications.
The Board has extensive experience in taking start-up and development stage companies to production and sales, finance and public market. iCyberData has retained the original developers of the applications and added additional qualified programmers to continue to improve each application’s functionality and performance. In addition to developing in house capabilities, iCyberData intends to exploit conventional methods of disseminating similar products to the legal community by also seeking strategic marketing and distribution partners to complement iCyberData’s technical development and support strengths.
