Looking at this filing.....there were more shares at the end of March than in April???. I don't know how this is possible

Look at how long its been since the company issued a Pr..over 6 months ago, and it seems the biggest thing that has been going on has always been something developing with these securities.

I really thought things were looking good here at 70mn o/s.
I don't know what the a/s is or if the o/s is the float or what?.......I e-mailed for this info on a couple of occassions as well as and updated Pr, never got a response.
