In reference to my previous post #83105, I would like to add the following:

I did not tell him, neither did he ask, that I was a shareholder. One thing I liked about him was that he did not make a single pitch for me to buy inxr stock, as some of the CEOs were doing on the floor.

I asked him about the following and got positive responses:

1. audited financials and uplisting to higher exchange

2. concerns about the shareholders equity

3. deal with a broker.

Again, please do not make any decision to buy or sell based on my observation. I'm posting what I observed as a result of my conversation with Drew for the benefit of those who were not there.
